Description:

Cognizant is hiring a SailPoint Support Engineer (IdentityIQ) to provide L2/L3 support for SailPoint IdentityIQ in a secure enterprise environment. The role involves supporting IAM operations, troubleshooting account aggregation and provisioning workflows, monitoring logs, handling incidents, and working with cross-functional teams in a 24/7 rotational support model.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ support.

  • Experience with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change).
  • Hands-on troubleshooting and log analysis skills.
  • Flexibility to work from office and in 24/7 rotational shifts.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
